B2B order checklist: rolls, finished tarps & branding
  • Your business: company name and whether you are a distributor, fabricator, contractor or end user.
  • Supply format: finished tarps, fitted covers or PVC rolls; include pieces, rolls or total area.
  • Specification: target weight, thickness, colour and dimensions, or ask for a recommendation.
  • Finishing: eyelets, edge and corner reinforcement, seams and attachment points.

  • Delivery: country, city or port and required arrival date.

You can include these details in the requirements box above or email a drawing with your company and project name.

Measurement help & example enquiry

Illustrative example — not a standard size, MOQ or offer.

Application: outdoor equipment cover in Malaysia.
Delivery: Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Quantity: 10 covers.
Equipment dimensions: 2 m long × 1.2 m wide × 1.5 m high.
Use: outdoors, exposed to rain and sunlight; removed daily.
Material: please recommend.
Finishing: please advise on openings and attachment positions.
Please quote the sample option, finished cover dimensions, price per piece, currency and delivery charges.

Replace these details with your own. State whether dimensions describe the object or the finished cover; do not assume they are the same.

Flat tarpaulin: finished length and width

State the finished sheet size, for example “4 m × 6 m after hemming”, rather than only the area you want to cover. If you only know the object size, label it as such and ask us to review the coverage needed.

Include any required overhang, eyelet positions or attachment points on a simple sketch. Confirm the final dimensions and tolerances in your quotation.

PVC rolls: width, length and quantity

State your preferred roll width, length per roll and number of rolls, or the total area required. Include target fabric weight, thickness, colour and intended use if known. Roll dimensions, available specifications, minimum quantity and production timing are confirmed for your order.

Fitted cover: length, width, height and openings

Measure the widest points, including handles or other protrusions. Label length, width and height on a sketch. Mark which side opens and where access, straps or cut-outs are needed.

Tell us how the cover will be put on and removed. Agree the fit allowance and finished dimensions before production; equipment dimensions alone are not a production drawing.

Describe the conditions at your site
  • Transport: what is covered, how it is attached, and how often it is handled.
  • Storage: indoor or outdoor use, exposure to rain and sunlight, and whether the cover touches the goods.
  • Agriculture: the exact task and what the material will contact. Mention any food-contact or other specific requirements.

For tropical outdoor use, describe sun, rain, humidity and wind exposure. Do not select by colour or thickness alone; request evidence for any required material performance.

Help us plan delivery to your destination

Include the country and city or port, quantity, and required arrival date. For island or remote destinations, add the delivery area so onward transport can be discussed.

Ask whether the quote covers delivery to a port or your address, and which freight, clearance, tax and local delivery charges are included. Availability and timing need confirmation for your order.

Use one unit system throughout your sketch: mm, cm or m. If using feet or inches, label each measurement clearly. Photos and drawings can be emailed with the same project name as your enquiry.

Pricing, samples & purchasing terms

Our prices are quoted for your custom dimensions. Provide finished length and width, or length, width and height for a fitted cover, with units. The quotation should identify the material, finishing and quantity it covers; a product photo is not a fixed-price offer.

Before accepting a quotation
  • Confirm the finished dimensions, tolerances, material and any approved drawing or sample.
  • Check the quantity, MOQ, currency, price unit and quotation validity.
  • Check whether samples, packing, freight, import charges and local delivery are included or separate.
  • Ask for the supplier’s legal name and address on the quotation and order documents.
Samples, payment and production timing

Samples and sample shipping are free of charge. Confirm the sample type, availability, recipient details and dispatch arrangements with us. Orders require a 30% advance payment of the confirmed order amount, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment. The accepted payment method and payment instructions will be specified in the quotation or contract.

Ask when the production schedule starts, what approvals are needed, and whether a date refers to production completion, dispatch or arrival.

Changing or cancelling a custom order

Before confirming your order, ask how changes or cancellation are handled at each production stage and whether any charges apply. If your requirements change, contact us with the quotation or order reference and request written confirmation of feasibility, cost and schedule before relying on a revised specification.

Reporting a product or delivery issue

Email your order reference, a description of the issue and relevant product or packaging photographs. For a size concern, include measurements and the agreed drawing or specification. Keep packaging and delivery records while the issue is reviewed.

Quality issues are handled according to the agreed contract. Confirm the reporting timeframe, inspection process, available remedies and responsibility for any return freight in that contract. Do not dispatch a return before arrangements are confirmed. This guide does not replace your agreed order terms or any applicable mandatory rights.

Sending this enquiry does not place an order or take payment. Review the written specification and commercial conditions before making an order commitment.
