• Send dimensions, quantity and required finishing.
• List inspection points, sample requirements and documentation needed.
• Ask how the agreed material will be identified, packed and prepared for shipment.
• Confirm any visit arrangements and receiving address before travelling or sending goods.

Review company and quality documents

Our company page lists the legal company details, quality-management certificate reference, submitted-sample test results and patent records. Each serves a different purpose. Management-system certification does not give every product a fire or waterproof rating, and a sample report must be matched to the material proposed for your order.

Confirm the specification before production

Record the approved sample or drawing, dimensions, tolerances, colour, edges, seams and attachments. Samples and sample shipping are free; confirm availability and dispatch arrangements. Agree production and inspection timing in the written quotation.
